We practice our school yoga together.

Sitting down on the ground, crossed ankles, sitting

up nice and tall, hands together.

I have a story.

I went for a walk in this beautiful

[1:21]

park.

[1:22]

Oh, I just love to go on a

[1:26]

walk in the park with the trees, with

[1:30]

the plants, with the flowers.

[1:33]

I also saw some wonderful things as well.

[1:41]

I saw a bunny.

[1:46]

I saw fish in the pond.

[1:51]

I saw little bees on the flowers.

[1:57]

I saw birds flying.

[2:01]

And I saw a goose sitting in the

[2:07]

grass, goose in the grass.

[2:11]

And then kids were nearby to me.

[2:19]

They looked over at the goose.

[2:24]

The most wonderful thing happened.

[2:28]

Everybody, those kids did not run over towards

[2:35]

the goose.

[2:36]

They did not make a lot of noise.

[2:40]

I watched those kids walk so carefully and

[2:46]

quietly closer to the goose, not too close.

[2:52]

And I saw those kids sit down so

[3:00]

wonderfully and peacefully nearby to the goose.

[3:08]

It really was a wonderful thing to see.

[3:12]

Everybody, please sit tall with me, hands into

[3:15]

calm hearts, calm breathing, calm hearts.

[3:19]

Help us to be peaceful with others.

[3:25]

Please say peaceful with others.

[3:30]

Like the kids in my story.

[3:33]

Oh my goodness, they peacefully sat nearby, not

[3:38]

too close, but nearby to the goose.

[3:42]

They were peaceful.

[3:43]

The goose was peaceful.

[3:45]

That's what we like, everybody.

[3:48]

And when we are peaceful with others, yes,

[3:53]

we open our learning.

[3:55]

We can learn so much more.

We're thinking better.

Let's do our favorite butterfly pose, everybody.

Carefully take our left leg out.

Color of our wings today, you choose the

veterinarians.

Those are the doctors for pets, for animals.

What are we putting on the wings for

[8:09]

all veterinarians?

And also, let's put medicine for all animals.

[8:19]

The vets can use the medicine to help

[8:21]

the animals.

[8:22]

First of all, let's think about the color

of our feathers.

What color are feathers?

And we are going to be eagles sitting

We don't feel very good.

When we practise calm breathing, calm hearts, practise

[2:01]

being peaceful, remember, we are more peaceful with

ourselves, yeah, not sad, not frustrated, and we

are peaceful with others.

Well, we think so much better, we feel

[2:19]

so much better when we are peaceful with

[2:22]

others and ourselves.

[2:25]
