HOW IT WORKS: 

1.    The SCHOOL Yoga Library is comprised of “shelves.”
2.    Each shelf contains full lessons and their respective follow-up lesson. 
3.    One full lesson is played each week and the follow-up lesson is played each day for the remainder of that week to reinforce the lesson’s prosocial theme. 
4.    The SCHOOL Yoga practice is scaffolded.
5.    We progress lesson-by-lesson through each shelf (rather than jumping around from one shelf to another).
6.    Classrooms can also go back and review prior lessons, which we highly recommend!
