“I have noticed one-on-one success with the students that are troubled. I feel we need to take care of the emotional state of ourselves and others in order to progress in life. SCHOOL Yoga & Mindfulness is infused with self-care and care for others.”
—David O.
“I am teaching a small group of 2nd graders who typically don’t get along in the classroom with some behavior issues. I can already tell SCHOOL Yoga is helping with their group discipline. I have noticed that students have become closer. I also see them working together more and having more positive interactions with each other.”
—Whitney M.
“I noticed that when we start off our sessions with SCHOOL Yoga, students are less wiggly in their chairs and more engaged. The engagement is evident in the quantity and quality of my students’ participation and their comments and questions during whole class activities.”
—Hajin Y.
