Let's practice our school yoga together.

I have a story.

[1:05]

Thank you for your best listening.

So, you know, I have my two kittens,

[1:13]

Freya and Fernando.

[1:16]

I love them.

[1:19]

Now, when I practice my calm breathing, calm

[1:23]

hearts every day, sometimes Freya will rest right

[1:30]

beside me.

[1:32]

Yes.

[1:33]

Remember, Freya is the kitten that has so

[1:36]

much courage and is learning how to be

[1:40]

gentle.

[1:40]

Yeah.

[1:42]

Well, every once in a while, I might

[1:48]

have to sneeze.

[1:50]

And Freya looks at me and she makes

[1:55]

a little noise.

[1:58]

And she runs away.

[2:03]

And I'm thinking, but it was just a

[2:07]

sneeze.

[2:10]

And other times when I'm practicing my calm

[2:14]

breathing, calm hearts, Fernando will rest next to

[2:20]

me.

[2:20]

And I really love when my kittens are

[2:22]

nearby.

[2:23]

And remember, Fernando is the kitten that is

[2:26]

so gentle and learning how to have courage.

[2:31]

But everybody, if I happen to sneeze, I

[2:37]

chew.

[2:40]

Fernando also looks at me, makes that strange

[2:45]

little noise, and also runs away.

[2:51]

Now, is sneezing a big problem?

[3:00]

No.

[3:02]

Sneezing is not a big problem.

[3:05]

I don't know why Freya and Fernando think

[3:10]

it's a big problem.

[3:11]

But I do know that everybody, when we

[3:15]

have our calm breathing and our calm hearts,

[3:19]

we are okay with little problems because we

[3:25]

are peaceful.

[3:31]

Yes.

[3:32]

So, when we're peaceful, we can even solve

[3:36]

little problems.

[3:38]

Yes.

[3:39]

So, please sit nice and tall with me.

Hands into calm hearts.

And let's say peaceful.

[3:47]

Let's be peaceful because that is how we

[3:49]

are learning and having great days, yes, together

[3:53]

at school and everywhere.
